Horse Racer Websites sells website design, hosting, and marketing services rather than physical or downloadable products, so our refund policy is built around service work, not shipped goods.

Website Development

If you cancel your website project before we begin design work, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit. Once design or development work has started, refunds are prorated based on the work already completed. Once your finished website has been delivered and approved, the development fee is non-refundable.

Hosting

Hosting fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period has started, since hosting resources are reserved for your site immediately. If you cancel, your hosting will remain active through the end of the period you already paid for.

Monthly Marketing Services

Marketing packages (email, social media, SEO, and similar services) are billed monthly. You can cancel future months at any time; the current month you’ve already paid for is non-refundable once work has begun, since that reflects time and outreach already delivered on your behalf.
