These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of HorseRacerWebsites.com and any website design, hosting, marketing, or related services (the “Services”) provided by Horse Racer Websites, a division of HandicappingWebsites.com, operating out of the Las Vegas, Nevada area. By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Horse Racer Websites builds, hosts, and markets websites for horse racing handicappers and picks sellers. Services may include website design and development, hosting, domain support, picks/content delivery tools, and email, social media, or SEO marketing, as described on our site or in your order.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We provide website design, hosting, and marketing services — we do not sell betting advice, and we make no guarantee about the income, sales, or results you will achieve from your website or marketing services. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own content, pricing, and marketing effort. Any client examples referenced on this site are individual results, not typical or guaranteed outcomes.
3. Payment Terms
Website development, hosting, and marketing fees are due as described at checkout or in your invoice. New clients may be asked to complete their first payment through a verified payment method before work begins. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Once your website is paid in full, the content you provide — your picks, copy, images, and branding — belongs to you, and you may request an export of your site. The underlying theme, plugins, custom code, and design systems we use to build and operate sites remain our property and are not transferred with an export.
5. Hosting & Inactive Accounts
If a hosted website is not used or its hosting is not paid for 90 days, we may export a copy of the site to you and remove it from our servers.

7. Acceptable Use & Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for making sure your own handicapping or picks-selling business complies with the laws that apply to you, including any state or local rules about selling sports or racing information. We may decline or end service for any website we believe is being used for illegal activity, fraud, spam, or content that violates someone else’s rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horse Racer Websites is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our Services or your website.
